Schedule – Academie voor Theater en Dans

We created schedules to catch and frame – time. Light is an indication of change. This performance aims to capture, direct, perform and schedule – the light. As an audience you will experience this on your own way.

The space of theater reflects society and its needs, reflections, comments and interpretations, and hence the extreme diversity of theatrical forms. All these examples assume their own, symbolic shapes and characteristics. However, there is always a meeting with the event, in one time and space. As the audience, we are the energy that influences and thus shapes the spectacle, each time anew. As a society, we create roles and functions that meet our needs. Theater is an example of mental and space realization. I want to be involved in a critical example of theater. The platform of unchangeable discord, challenging questions and challenging each other as individuals. Place where object might be a main performer and together with audience create different landscape, dialog. In Schedule, I was investigating potential of theater black box as context for the installation itself. Because of lack of human appearance as a guide(performer) through the performance, relation between audience, object, light and sound became almost vulnerable.
